WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I want my customers to be satisfied completely. However, I am unable to accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I would greatly appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to improve my products. If an item is damaged in transit, please reach out to me as soon as you get the item with photos of all the packaging and the broken items. I will have the item replaced to the best of my ability.

CANDLE CARE

Burn your candle for 3-4 hours on first use (never 15 - 30 minutes).
Only burn the candle for a maximum of 4 hours each time.
Trim your wick before each use - no taller than 1/4 inch. I actually prefer 1/8 inch.
The ideal surface for use is heat safe, away from drafts, and out of reach of pets, children, or draperies and furniture.
Some wax hang is normal with coconut wax. Once your candle burns down, it should Catch up!
Never leave your candle burning unattended.

CONCRETE VESSELS

Concrete is prone to cracking and hairline cracks may occur within your vessel. This is most common when concrete experiences intense temperature changes. If you burn your candle properly, it will slowly warm and should not get hot enough to damage your vessel. However, I cannot guarantee that this won't occur. Small cracks will not impact the performance of your candle. Should your candle crack severely, I'll happily provide a replacement if you followed all care instructions. I also ask that you contact me immediately if you experience any issues with your candle so that I can best troubleshoot with you.
