SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days. Should an item go out of stock, you will be contacted for replacement or refund options. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive at the time of the package being shipped out.
RETURN POLICY
At this time we do not offer refunds.
However, Petrichor Candle Co. is committed to providing quality products for you to enjoy in your home. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we would greatly appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to make it right. If an item is damaged in transit, please reach out to me as soon as you get the item with photos of all the packaging and the broken items. I will have the item replaced to the best of my ability, but I cannot guarantee the same jar color or scent.
